1. Acceptance
By using https://mikalendingbot.com (“Site”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Cookie Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access crypto-related information and services in your country. Restricted jurisdictions may not use the Site. You are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
3. About Mika Lending Bot
Mika Lending Bot has open-source heritage for automated lending strategies (historically Poloniex / Bitfinex). See GitHub. This website may also present yield / pool interfaces funded via USDT TRC20 for product demos or commercial features.
Demo mode: simulated deposits may be shown. Do not send real funds unless the operator explicitly enables production and provides a verified address.
4. No investment advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. APYs, rates and projections are illustrative and not guaranteed. Past performance ≠ future results.
5. Risks
Crypto lending, staking and trading involve substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital, smart-contract risk, exchange risk, custody risk, and regulatory risk. Read the full Risk Disclosure.
6. Deposits & minimums
Where deposits are offered, minimum may be USD 60 equivalent in USDT TRC20. You alone are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network. Wrong-network transfers may be unrecoverable.
7. Advertising & marketing
Ads on Meta, Google or other platforms must match landing content. We do not guarantee returns, “risk-free” profit, or get-rich schemes. Users from ads remain subject to these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Site branding and custom UI are owned by the operator. Open-source bot code is subject to its license on GitHub (MIT historically). Third-party trademarks (exchanges, tokens) belong to their owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of crypto assets from use of the Site, third-party exchanges, networks (including TRON), or demo features.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BitBotFactory / the Site operator against claims arising from your misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
